NJS adheres to certain norms for any vacancy. Given below is a list of norms that we follow:

  • Freshers who have just passed out their college are recruited through campus recruitment from selected empanelled campuses.
  • Laterals, only applicants having more than three years of experience are considered.
  • Good academic record with minimum 60% throughout in all full time qualifications is mandatory.
  • Applicants working in any of our business associates as employee (dealers, vendors, JVs etc) are not considered.
  • Applicant should not have been interviewed in NJS in the last one year.
