Our Digital Innovation Studio is an integral part of NJSEI’s Global Centralized Excellence (GCoE) Center at Pune that manages and implements digital engineering roadmap, support model, enable strategy, research, innovate and implement latest digital innovations in new and our ongoing projects in India & Overseas. Our digital studio working is clustered across three processes:
Optimized Business Processes
We develop comprehensive digital roadmaps and plans of action that keep our workflow dynamic. We execute our wet utility project in conjunction with our Digital Innovation Studio managed by a GCoE, Pune that ensure seamless implementations, deliveries and continuous improvements.
Research & Innovation
We research and implement the latest tools and technologies (GIS, Remote Sensing, AR/VR, UAV, Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and DevOps) that enhance both our production and internal operations and is a major part of our Digital Studio team, Pune
